I cannot validate your claims about whose ArtCAM software you were using because I am unable to find any record in our database of an Institute of 3D Learning (i3DL) in Hyderabad ever holding an ArtCAM license.

Probably very old version of it i think it was Version 7. They got the software with CNC machine from some china supplier. Basically the owner was warned to give some monthly treat 'money' to gangsters of the area. He once have some bad language with them. He was killed at the spot and the shop with two cnc machines and some wooden furniture was destroyed by looting some of the money.
